Katie Miller is an advocate and commentator on the use of technology to challenge the way lawyers and government work.
In 2015, as President of the Law Institute of Victoria, Katie published a report on how technology is changing the legal profession – Disruption, Innovation and Change: The Future of the Legal Profession. As Executive Director, Legal Practice at Victoria Legal Aid, Katie used her idealistic pragmatism to influence the development of VLA’s digital strategy to improve the client experience of legal aid services and support practitioners in delivering those services.
Katie is regularly sought out as a speaker on technology and innovation by universities, law firms and the public sector.
Katie is also a Deputy Commissioner of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission.
